As PeopleSoft applications keep evolving, new releases of the software such as the HCM and Financial 9.2 introduce enhanced functionality, usability, and scalability. Most of the USORA current clients want to leverage this latest technology but often need assistance in formulating and implementing a plan for migration or custom programming. This is due to the application that is no longer viable for upgrade. Oracle has decided to retire the application and pushes Oracle Business Suites, NetSuite and JD Edwards.
